Emmanuel Charretier
Chef Emmanuel Charretier took a four years cooking class in France where he was born in the Loire valley region. After his specialization in the industry, he decided to get as much experience as he could by travelling around the world (England, Upstate New York, California, Florida, Hong-Kong, Australia, France of course and Québec ) After meeting his wife in New-York, he opened his own French restaurant in the Moncton area, Restaurant L’idylle, The restaurant won multiple awards and was named one of the 50th best restaurants in Canada by the MacLeans Magazine in 2012.
Chef Emmanuel has been a chef instructor at NBCC Moncton since 2013. He is always full of ideas and has a passion to continue to develop his cooking skills.
