My favourite part of the trip was the final dinner we did. Seeing all the different cultures melt together in the dishes was amazing to see but I loved being one of the servers and setting up the dining area. I missed doing this in my first year at nscc because of Covid so being able to do it at all especially internationally was exciting and taught me a lot.
